First Steps with Avalon Health Pharmacy

Welcome to the Avalon Health Pharmacy Portal! This guide will walk you through the essential first steps to get started with our AI-powered pharmacy management system. By the end of this tutorial, you'll have your account set up and be ready to manage prescriptions, track inventory, and streamline your pharmacy operations.

Step 1: Create Your Account
To get started with Avalon Health Pharmacy, you'll need to create an account. Follow these simple steps:
Open Avalon Health Pharmacy portal
Open the Avalon Health Pharmacy portal on your device or visit avalonhealth.cloud in your web browser.

Click "Sign Up"
On the welcome screen, click the "Sign Up" button to create a new account.
Enter Your Information
Fill in the required fields:
- Principal Organization Name
Enter Your Information
Basic Info:
- Pharmacy Name
- Primary Email
- Primary Phone Number
Enter Your Location
Feilds include:
- Street
- City
- State / Province
- Country
- Latitude
- Longitude
Enter Your Contacts
Feilds include:
- Selection of Perpose
- Phune
- + Add Additional Contact
Enter Your Operating Hours
Feilds include:
- Opening time
- Closing time
- Closed
Enter Your Licence Number
Feilds include:
- License Number
Enter Your Providers / Pharmacist
Feilds include:
- Delivery Organization
- Provide Type
- Profession
- Prefix
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Phone Number
Create User
After you are done adding the user's details you can click on "Create User" button. Click "Done creating users? Log In" to continue to the Log In page
Important
It's recommended to start by adding a Pharmacist first. Then Administrator or Assistant can be created to link them to the Pharmacist created.







Step 2: Set Up Your Profile
After verifying your email, you'll be prompted to set up your profile. This helps personalize your Avalon Health Clinic experience and makes it easier for team members to identify you.
Username
Enter a unique username for your profile. This will be visible to other users on the platform.
Prefix
Choose a title such as Mr., Mrs., Dr., or Prof. to appear before your name.
First Name
Provide your given name for identification on the platform.
Last Name
Enter your surname as it appears on official documents.
Email Address
Enter a valid email address for account communication and notifications.
Phone Number
Provide your mobile number for contact and optional two-factor authentication.
Gender
Select your gender identity for demographic and personalization purposes.
Profession
Indicate your professional role to help tailor the platform experience to your needs.
Update Profile
Click the "Update Profile" button to save all your changes and preferences.
